Curator of ReMake We Make, a participatory exhibition/workshop project staged as part of the UABB, 2015/16, with a team of collaborators including architect Alex Furunes, academics and students from University of Shenzhen, and fashion textiles workers in Baishizhou, Shenzhen.

11th Bienal de Arquitectura de São Paulo 2017– ‘Em Projeto’ 

Curatorial collaborator of Fronteira Livre, a participatory project staged with architect Alex Furunes, Goma Oficina, CAMI migrant agency and the São Paulo Metro, as part of the 11th Bienal de Arquitectura de São Paulo -‘Em Projeto’, autumn 2017.


Lucy is author of Masterplanning Futures (2012), winner of Book of the Year, Urban Design Group (UK), 2014, with a second edition in progress for publication in 2021.

Curator of Urbanistas: women innovators in architecture, urban and landscape design, exhibition staged at Roca London Gallery in 2015, which toured to Newcastle’s Science Central in partnership with Northern Architecture and Igloo Regeneration.

Guest editor of four successful issues of AD, a globally renowned bi-monthly bookazine about aspects of architectural and urban design innovation, including 4D Hyperlocal: A Cultural Toolkit for the Open-Source City (2017); 4dsocial: Interactive Design Environments (2007); 4dspace: Interactive Architecture (2005); Home Front: New Developments in Housing (2003). A number of talk events were staged for the launch of the issues at the Architectural Association – 4dspace – and Tate Modern – Softspace: Contemporary interactive environments.
